Mrs. Williford does a wonderful job as a self-contained special education teacher at Waynesboro Riverview and we are thankful to have her as a part of our team. Her student's did a super job on their MAAP-A for the 2024-2025 school year. She is truly making an impact on her students and school.

Information about Mrs. Williford:

My name is Mary Elizabeth Williford. My husband and I have four children: Jaxson, Emma, Mia, and Bella. I am currently a Special Education teacher at Waynesboro Riverview School, where I teach in a self-contained special education classroom. This is my fourth year teaching in Special Education.

Before becoming a teacher, I spent sixteen years working at Ellisville State School with adults who have intellectual disabilities. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in education, with a focus on supporting children with disabilities. I am passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Again, thank you Mrs. Williford for a job well done. You are very much appreciated!Â
